Locker Clean-out

In consultation with Ottawa Public Health, the school board has developed a protocol that will allow students to clean out the contents of their lockers the week of June 15-19, 2020. It is very important that we maintain 2 metres of physical distance throughout this process. We ask that where possible, the student comes to claim the contents of their locker themselves, and parents/guardians will be asked to wait in the parking lot. If the student is unable to participate, then a parent/guardian may come in their place. Each student will be given 15 minutes to empty their locker and return any borrowed items. Please click on the appropriate link below, depending on where your locker is located, to book a time to come empty your locker. These are the only dates that will be available for students to access the school to collect their belongings, so please ensure that you book a time as soon as possible.

My locker is on the First Floor (ground floor) of the school.

My locker is on the Second Floor of the school.

My locker is on the Third (top) floor of the school.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled entry time, to allow for proper screening. You must enter the school by the front entrance only. You will have 15 minutes to empty your locker. Please respect physical distance guidelines and maintain a 2 metre distance from others at all times. Note that washrooms and water fountains will be unavailable.

Please remember your lock combination and bring any textbooks you no longer require for distance learning. If you have borrowed any library materials or sports uniforms, please bring them to return as well. You will exit the school by the doors near the parking lot. Any textbooks you still require can be kept over the summer and returned on the first day of school in the Fall. You will be given a garbage bag to fill with the contents of your locker. Please do not bring any other bags or items from home.

Thank you for your cooperation. Stay safe.
